President Jim joined the "family business" in 1983 after several years in the hospitality industry with a background in Sales & Marketing. In 1986 he achieved the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor, placing him in a select group of agents, committed to professionalism through continuing education. As an active member of The Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (PIA), Jim has served in every executive office including that of President during 1993/1994. The association has honored him with several awards including the distinguished "Agent of the Year" in 1995. An avid outdoorsman, Jim is a Level III (full) certified professional ski instructor.In addition he enjoys Biking, Boating and Golf. In an effort to serve his industry and community, Jim has also worked with various industry, church and fund raising groups. Patty Stanislawski, CISR Patty has been working in the Insurance industry since 1976. She obtained her insurance license in 1987 and earned a Certified Insurance Service Representative professional designation in 1992. Patty is married and has two married children. She enjoys traveling, movies, playing cards with friends and spending time with family. Heidi Patton, CIC, CISR Joyce Skoney,CIC CISR Joyce began her insurance career in 1974 and became a licensed agent in 1979. Joyce takes great pride in having earned both the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative(CISR)designations. Starting at Allied in in 1989 Joyce services our personal lines accounts. With the tenure she brings to work she most enjoys the relationships she has formed with her customers. Joyce is married with 3 children. She also enjoys boating and skiing. Mary Spitzer, CISR Mary joined Allied Insurance in 1993 after a diverse insurance background. She has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation (CISR). Mary has been married for 31 years and has 3 adult children. Her and her husband Greg still have one young one at home, their cocker spaniel, Misty. Mary enjoys traveling, music, concerts, fairs, attempting to bake and has recently started scrapbooking. Sandie Kleiman, CISR Sandie joined Allied in 1998 with seventeen years of insurance experience. She has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative professional designation(CISR). Sandie has two daughters, Courtney and Amber. She enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, reading and spending time with family and friends. Betsy Jesowshek Betsy is one of the newest additions to the Allied Family. She joined the agency as a Commercial Lines Department Customer Service Representative in August 2002. She has worked in the insurance industry since 1988 and was originally licensed in 1989. Betsy is married and has one step-son. Office Manager / Executive Secretary Known to her friends as Rosie, as office manager she is responsible for office operations, accounting, and automation. Rosie has been in the insurance industry for more than 25 years and with Allied Insurance since 1990. She proudly holds the designations of both Certified Insurance Service Representative and Certified Insurance Counselor. Rosie enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren in addition to gardening, cooking, reading, crafts, and travel.
